What does it Cost?


 

How much does a Customer Information Management System cost?

Not as much as you might think. Please read the below information, but remain aware of the following too. The Initial Consultation is FREE. (It costs nothing to ask the question)

The cost is NOT paid before the work is completed. There is a "staged" payment system allowing the cost to be spread over an agreed period. The final payment is not due until the Customer, you, is satisfied that the System is behaving exactly in the way that was commissioned. It is possible to contruct the System in such a way that the cost is held down, but can be upgraded later when funds allow. Remember, the Contract is flexible, and can be adjusted to match your requirements. There are NO HIDDEN extras, all agreements are totally transparent.

There is no easy answer to this question as each System is specifically tailored to each Customer.

Some of the requirements could be -

  1. - to store the Contact Details for all the Clients.
  2. - to store information about the purchases of the Clients.
  3. - to store payment details of the clients.
  4. - to store information relating to the ongoing transactions between Client and Owner of database
  5. - to have reminders generated automatically for relevant Clients
  6. - to generate mail merge letters from information held in the database
  7. - to generate e-mail letters, etc, from information held in the database
  8. - to be fully searchable in terms of specified Criteria
  9. - to generate invoices from information held in the database
  10. - to keep a historical record of all communications between client and Owner of database.
