7. Are you having problems with your office systems? - YES
If you are having problems with your office systems there are generally two possibilities.
Firstly, there is a problem with the system, or secondly, there is a problem with the people who are supposed to be using the system, and both need to be considered.
It could be that the system is at fault, just not working properly because it does not take account of some factor which has arisen, or changed since the system was introduced.
On the other hand if the system is too complex and time consuming people will not use it. If it becomes a trial to try and use systems that impact on each other, people will not use them.
The best way to find out what is causing your problems is to have an Outside Assessor come in to evaluate your system. He can give you a full report on the problem, which will be totally unbiased. He can tell you what it is, and recommend ways to overcome it so your accuracy and efficiency increase.
