System Efficiency Test Q5 - YES

System Efficiency Test Q5 - YES

5. Does your office have all the same software on all its computers? - YES

Funnily enough, having all the same software on all your computers is not necessarily the best answer.

Of course, a lot of computers come with pre-bundled applications, so the basic applications are already in place. But what of the specialist programs?

One of the matters you have to consider with them it that you remain inside the End User Licence Agreement. Just because you buy a box with a disk containing the program, does not necessarily mean you can load it onto as many computers as you like. If you doubt this statement try reading the Microsoft End User Agreement for one of your programs.

That being the case, it really is worth considering which programs you have on which computers. You may be spending money you don't need to, or be in breach of the Agreement, which could really prove to be expensive.

If you need assistance in checking your Licence obligations, Barry can help. Call him today on 07917 103554 or send him and e-mail  giving your contact details so he can call you.
