5. Does your office have all the same softward on all its computers? - NO
It is often forgotten that you don't actually need ALL the same programs on ALL the office computers.
It is like anything else. Buy what you need, and a bit more to provide the necessary backup. But only buy what you need, don't fall into the Sales trap, that everything must be the same.
Having exactly the same software on all the computers without good reason can be an expensive exercise, and a complete waste of time.
The other thing to consider is that you do not breach the conditions of the End User Agreement for the software. It is rare indeed that you can just load it on as many computers as you like for a fixed price.
If you have the appropriate software on the relevant computer, plus sufficient back up, you do not need more.
