System Efficiency Test Q1 - YES

1. Does your office have a system which deals with every item of paperwork? - Yes
The most important first step in controlling the I.T. within an office, is to get to grips with the paperwork flow. If you have control of the paperwork, you have a good chance of controlling the I.T.
This is not the complete answer to an efficiency problem in the office, as in many cases there is no Overall System, but rather a collection of systems running next to each other.
To have maximum efficiency there needs to be one comprehensive System.
One of the easiest ways to obtain such a System it to have an Outside Assessor review your systems. He can then advise you on the creation of a cost-effective and efficient comprehensive system.
