It is probable that most problems with computers arise from faults with the software - ie Programs.
These faults can arise from so many factors that it is not even possible to try and list them. It is sufficient to say that each computer is unique in it's setup, ao when a problem occurs it is like a criminal investigation. Following the clues to establish the problem and then providing the right correction to rectify the problem.
Barry Provides a full Service to his Clients to analyse their computer problems and provide the methods to rectify the faults. It should however be understood that it is not always possible to rectify all problems without, in some cases, reprogramming the computer completely.
In those instances Barry will provide advice appropriate for the situation.
Since Software problems are intimately bound up with Hardware problems, any investigation will of necessity consider both at the same time.
If the software is the fault then Barry will try to resolve the problem in the best way possible. If however the problem is actually a faulty hardware item that cannot be repaired then Barry will give Client centred advice as to the best way to replace the item.
Since Barry does not sell equipment himself, nor has any commercial attachments to any supplier whatsoever, he has no vested interest in the Client purchasing any particular item and so gives an unbiased assessment for the Client to make the decisions.
