As part of this analysis and audit he provides a full Impact Report on the practices, procedures and systems which allows for the analysis of the same with a view to increasing their efficiency. The Report covers all aspects of all systems including where they interface.
Following the production of the Report, and discussions with the Client, Barry can provide any graduated Training that arises, for any of the staff involved.
Should it be required as part of the ongoing efficiency upgrade, Barry can create Custom Excel Databases to the requirements of the Client, including the provision of all manuals and training that may be required.
Throughout the whole process Barry provides total support to maintain the efficiency of the Business whilst the changes are taking place.
