Consent to develop a controversial gipsy caravan park at Harleston was yesterday revoked.
After reconsidering their decision South Norfolk District Council Planning Committee revoked the planning permission due to the problems associated with the Highways concerns, mainly Safety, and also the destruction of the trees and hedges it would have required to make the access safe.
