The second level of Training is where it concerns Internal Company Programs and Procedures. It is critical for any Business that its personnel have the appropriate knowledge of its Programs and Procedures.
If they do not know or understand the Programs and Procedures they cannot use either in the appropriate way. What human nature then forces them to do is to find a way around the Program or Procedure to achieve the final result. This is obviously very dangerous for the Company concerned.
In some cases it may not apparently matter, but when a System is created in the first place it should have been designed so the Procedures are necessary. If they are not then the Procedure is poorly designed, and should be streamlined to increase efficiency.
However, if the System is correct, all personnel should use it properly for maximum efficiency.
In either event consulation with Barry may improve Company efficiency and save money.
When considering the workings of Company Systems and Procedures it is equally critical that the proper liaison takes place between Barry and a nominated Company representative. During this consultation period it can be established exactly what are the parameters of the analysis, including the reasons behind any changes which may be forthcoming. Each project is customised for the individual Companies so they achieve exactly their desireed requirements.
The first step in any Training would be the analysis of the existing Systems to establish the relevancy of the System to the Company's current position, and the proposed position. Once that analysis has taken place the Company can decide whether it is better to continue implimenting the current system or to modify it, thereby making it more relevant.
Having completed the analysis consultation can then take place to design any relevant changes.
Barry would provide for the Training all relevant information and custom User Manuals to maximise the impact of the Course. A further period of Assistance Backup is then provided so the participants can obtain further help without creating any problems for the Company.
